Residential Development
Equinox Companies began as a small single-family home-building firm called “Equinox Construction Corporation” and residential development remains a core capability, even as we’ve grown to develop and manage large-scale commercial projects. Equinox has created more than 20 residential housing developments with our partners since the late ’90s.
Equinox partnered with NM Residential in the development of Serenity at Lake Wales located at 105 Serenity Loop in Lake Wales, FL. This more than 360-unit multifamily residential complex was built in 2020 and has amenities such as a business center, yoga room, and dog park.
