Equinox Companies, headquartered in Albany, NY, is a family-owned business with more than 50 years of experience as a property development and management company. Since 1968, Equinox has developed some of the most prestigious projects in the Northeast Region of the United States. We focus on large-scale real estate and hospitality projects in the Capital Region of upstate New York and the Port St. Lucie area of southern Florida, including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt properties.
